These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed with MaSunTo Cases. By accessing this website and purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, slight variations may occur, particularly for pre-production items or handmade components.

All prices are shown in the selected currency and include applicable taxes where required by law. Prices for customers within the European Union include VAT where applicable. Prices for customers outside the European Union do not include European VAT. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping rates at any time without prior notice. Orders already placed will not be affected by price changes.

MaSunTo Cases are produced in limited batches. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that production time is required before shipment. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline and may vary depending on production and logistics. In the event of a significant delay beyond the estimated timeframe, customers will be informed and given the option to cancel their order.

Orders within Europe are shipped from our European stock. Orders to the rest of the world are shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in China, depending on destination and availability. Shipping times may vary depending on destination. Customers are responsible for any applicable local taxes, import duties, or customs fees required by their country.

We offer a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory rights consumers may have under applicable law.
