We want you to be completely satisfied with your MaSunTo case.

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

For pre-orders, the 30-day return period begins on the day the item is delivered, not on the date the order was placed.

To be eligible for a return under our 30-day return policy, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with all original packaging and labels, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info [at] masuntocases [dot] com before sending any item back. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Unless stated otherwise, approved returns should be sent to our return address in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info [at] masuntocases [dot] com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.

For orders shipped to consumers in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This is your statutory right of withdrawal. Our 30-day return policy applies in addition to this and offers an extended return period.

If you exercise your statutory 14-day withdrawal right, we will refund all payments received from you for the order, including the standard cost of delivery, within 14 days of being informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
