All MaSunTo cases are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Our cases are designed for professional use, with durability and long-term reliability as a priority.

If you experience an issue with your case, please contact us via our contact form and include a short description and clear photos of the problem. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution depending on the nature of the issue, such as repair, replacement, or refund.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
